In order to get the best on board we recruit from various colleges like Chetana’s, Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Pune Institute of Business Management etc. after which they are put through the desired department and are assigned a Buddy. A three day induction is also arranged which is a structured classroom program and ensures an introduction to the company, its processes and the values followed in the organization. Fresher gets to work alongside experienced professionals to further groom them for leadership roles in the future.
